The companies that have just recently had full manufacturing production cycle now increasingly prefer to transfer them to the third companies for outsourcing and, consequently, concentrate their resources on their main production. These companies are our main customers for the services offered by Promplast Processing (processing of plastic materials using the Customer’s equipment).

Promplast Holding possesses modern equipment base. Our company operates injection-molding machinery of the world’s best manufacturers, such as Engel, BM Biraghi, Mannesmann Demag. In production we use peripheral equipment of such European manufacturers as М.Т.А., Industrial Frigo, Piovan, Atlas Copco.

This equipment is serviced by specialists having big expertise in high-precision injection molding and work with hot-channel multi cavity moulds. The existence of instrumental and assembly department, which allows to carry out all necessary technical maintenance of the moulds and other equipment in minimum terms. Our plant also has a raw-preparation department, which allows considerably improve technological production process. The company’s assembling department is equipped with fully automated assembling machines and conveyor belts, thus enabling us to provide our customers a comprehensive full-cycle service package: from moulding to assembling.

We perform multistage product quality control at all production stages. Our end-to-end product identification system provides registration of all technological processes, materials, and resources used in manufacturing of each product, thus ensuring sound responsibility of each production-process participant and possibility to determine factors affecting quality parameters of ready-made products.

Our company’s management clearly understands the requirements of corporate customers. To meet them, we use the system of corporate standards, procedural management, and advanced automated production-process management systems. We also conduct regular internal audit, and goes through the quality-control inspections performed by our customers.

Our company is conducting research to provide our customers with possibility to place product orders, to manage stocks, and to check the production process via Internet.
