Quality control 

Our company’s principal objectives are: to produce high-quality products, whose parameters shall be, as much as possible, in line with their European competition, and to implement international standards of production management.

To realize this objective, we apply a set of measures. For example, today we perform preparatory work to establish quality management system in compliance with the international standard ISO 9001-2000.

The company has already approved internal standards, general regulations for each division, management procedures, job specifications, process charts, assembly charts, process-variable control sheets, PPR plans, measuring-tools control schedules, etc.

Evaluation of quality management systems is performed by means of regular internal audit.

To carry out quality improvement programs, we use statistical research. Upon completion of such statistical research, we modify quality control criteria.

Our company controls the required quality level at all technological stages, namely: input control of all incoming raw materials, multistage production-process control, and output control of ready-made products. Moreover, input quality control is performed by our sales unit, Promplast Trading, upon receipt of ready-made products at the warehouse.

The quality of ready-made products is always seriously affected by quality of expendables used in production process, therefore all suppliers of raw materials, expendables, packing materials are selected solely on the tender basis.

To check technical parameters of our products, we have established a production laboratory equipped with all necessary measuring devices.

Aiming to improve the product quality management system, Promplast Holding has implemented the automated production management system, which includes the automated system of product identification and tracking.

All products are manufactured in strict conformity with technical specifications. Should the customer present additional or special requirements in connection with any product, then such requirements will be included into the assembly chart of such product. This product will be manufactured and accepted solely on the basis of this document.

Our customer can always rely on professional advice given by our employees, and expect our immediate response to any quality problems of ready-made products.

We deliver our products to customers by special road vehicles operated on the basis of transportation agreements concluded with transport companies; these vehicles enable us to deliver the products to customers in proper condition.

Thanks to our quality control systems, we can meet the strictest demands of our customers.
